Meet Jennifer of List Plan It
Tell us a little about you . . .
My name is Jennifer Tankersley. I am a wife of 14 years and a mom to 3 (7, 5, 3). I was born and raised in Kansas, but have lived in 4 other states and one other country since graduating from high school. We live in Maine and hope to grow old here. We love it! Even the winters.
What is your business and where can we find it?
I am the founder of ListPlanIt.com (http://www.ListPlanIt.com). It contains over 350 lists and planning pages to organize your life and put your world in order! Members will find grocery lists and meal planning pages, birthday and holiday planning pages, cleaning lists and packing lists, to do lists and calendars, and everything in between.
Is it mom-owned, invented, created . . .?
I had the inspiration late one night just before New Year’s. I was so excited about my idea that it was launched as a website just 5 months later. Since that time, I’ve added at least 150 lists and planning pages.
A little about your entrepreneur journey so far?
I knew very little about anything business-related when I began. It has been a crash course throughout, but I’ve learned so much and understand that I have so much more to learn. I’ve had a lot of help from my family and other website owners. It is everything I’ve wanted for myself: my own business in something that I am absolutely passionate about and use everyday myself!
Where else can people find you?
I have created 2 blogs: List Mama Blog (http://www.ListMamaBlog.com) has Lists for List-Lovin’ Mamas and 100 Days to Christmas (http://www.100DaystoChristmas.com) is a daily dose of inspiration and motivation to help you prepare for the busy holiday season. I am also on Facebook. You can find me with the following email address: Jennifer@listplanit.com. I would love a follow on Twitter at http://twitter.com/listplanit. I am a member of these social networks: Mom Bloggers Club.com, TwitterMoms.com, and PoshMama.com.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I have a weekly email newsletter called The L.I.S.T. in which I write about organizing your home, family, and business.

The medicine tracker would be perfect for my family. Hubby and son both take several and it's easy to lose track!

I know it seems so simple but the card list with addresses would be the one I would use right away. Ever since my little girl was born in September, we have been sending out birth announcements, Halloween picture cards, etc. I am always searching around for addresses of friends and family And especially with a 3 month old, who has the time to do this?I want to send these cards to. that would be helpful to have on hand in a file , It would make it easy to just address and send them off.
I could sure use the MENU PLANNER -- A month's worth of meals on one handy page. Thanks for the contest!

The Memories List would do wonders for me. Due to a disease I have, remembering events is difficult so this is great to know about.
